Hi Mauro! In your analogy, I feel like I just took the other pill and have suddenly woken up ;) You’re correct in saying that changing the fundamentals of this societal “Matrix” will be hard. But if we look at human society and history, weren’t the abolition of slavery, the introduction of women’s right to vote, the fight for same-sex marriage (to name a few) also titanic, monumental shifts? Hasn’t the way we work and do business tremendously changed over the centuries (decades)? You see, I believe the current way of working is no longer sustainable and will inexorably change. It must change. People are awakening and these corporations won’t be able to avoid very uncomfortable conversations going forward, and they’ll be forced to face the new reality of a society that needs more equality, more ethics, more equity — but especially more authenticity and way less BS. I guess my point is, we must believe in change, or change will never happen.
